For the third year in a row, we were invited by Artists in Motion (AIM) to be part of the visual team for Balad Beast, Jeddah’s annual music and arts festival produced by MDL Beast. The event takes place in Al Balad, Jeddah’s historic UNESCO World Heritage site, which transforms into a festival for two nights, merging heritage with contemporary music and digital art.

In 2023 and 2024, we handled the SOUQ stage, overseeing visual programming, operation, and content development, crafting a dynamic and cohesive visual experience. In 2025, we took on the OMDA stage, focusing on programming and operation, bringing a distinct identity to the stage’s visual language.

Balad Beast has become a familiar space for us, and working alongside AIM on this project each year is something we truly value. The festival continues to expand, and we look forward to contributing to its evolving identity.

After our successful collaboration with Marwan Moussa at Soundstorm Festival in Saudi Arabia, we were invited by Kord Agency to Cairo. This time, it was for the launch of Project Meem, a new concert label bringing together two of the biggest names in the Arabic rap scene: Marwan Moussa and Marwan Pablo

Our role was to program and execute the live visuals for this debut show, crafting a visual identity that matched the raw energy and cultural weight of this unique collaboration. The show wasn’t just about performance, it was about creating a moment that felt bigger than a concert. It marked a statement of unity and strength between two defining voices of the region’s rap movement

At Soundstorm Festival, one of the region’s most electrifying music events, LO2S provided visual operation for Dish Dash on the Dance Beast Stage. Tasked with delivering a seamless and dynamic visual experience, we ensured the synchronization of visuals with the duo’s performance, amplifying the energy of the stage.

By leveraging our expertise in real-time visual execution, we created an immersive atmosphere that resonated with the festival’s high-energy environment, pushing the boundaries of live stage visuals at one of the Middle East’s most anticipated music festivals.

For 2nd Sun Beirut, featuring Adriatique alongside Vomee, Astro, and Yas Khazen, LO2S delivered real-time interactive visuals that seamlessly integrated with a choreographed performance on a custom-designed stage.

Conceptualized by clapclap studio, the stage featured fragmented LED panels arranged as steps, creating a dynamic performance space where dancers could move fluidly across different levels. From the audience’s perspective, the performers appeared to float within the digital environment, playing with depth, illusion, and perspective.

LO2S developed real-time motion-reactive visuals, synchronized with the dancers’ movements, enhancing the interplay between physical performance and digital scenography. This fusion of live performance, lighting, and reactive content transformed the stage into an evolving, immersive spectacle.

Live Visuals & Real-Time Integration for Hozho

For this edition of Desert Sound, LO2S provided live visual operation and real-time TouchDesigner integration for Hozho’s performance. The stage featured an unconventional 3D LED cube setup, offering a layered and dynamic visual experience that enhanced the artist’s signature sound.

One of the biggest challenges was arriving just two hours before the show, requiring rapid mapping, calibration, and testing under intense time constraints. Despite the pressure, we ensured seamless synchronization between visuals and music, pushing the experience to new heights.

Seeing the techno scene flourish in Saudi Arabia and being part of Desert Sound’s continuous evolution was an unforgettable experience. The festival continues to set the bar higher, and we’re excited to witness its future growth.

We were invited by Artists in Motion to join the visual team for MDL Beast’s latest venture, the debut edition of A Thousand and One, a new two-day music festival built around four interconnected stages, each telling its own story through a curated world of sound and scenography

Our focus was Al Qasr, the main stage, where we handled the full scope of visual programming and real-time operation. A space imagined as the Sultan’s grand ballroom, Al Qasr fused regal opulence with modern intensity. From pulsing beats to ornate digital compositions, our visuals echoed every shift in energy across the lineup which featured DJ Snake, R3hab, Salvatore Ganacci, Butch, Eric Prydz, Artbat and more

Qafilah moved like a caravan in perpetual rhythm sailing through golden dunes

Bustan grew into a surreal oasis where melodies flowed through towering trees and swaying birds

Sahaab hovered like a dream suspended in motion drifting through the night sky

For Bulgari’s latest campaign, we provided 3D mapping solutions to enhance the visual storytelling of their new necklace collection. The concept merged timeless luxury with a futuristic aesthetic, using projection mapping to highlight the intricate details of the jewelry against a dynamic backdrop.

A key challenge was projecting visuals onto the model while ensuring precise alignment with the necklace. Every slight movement required real-time recalibration, demanding technical accuracy and adaptability throughout the shoot. With only 24 hours to set up and execute, the project pushed the limits of precision mapping, creating a refined interplay between light, form, and luxury craftsmanship.

Commissioned by Meiosis in 2023, the Msrahiya tour marked a powerful moment in Shkoon’s evolution on stage. Built around themes of activism, freedom, and defiance against corruption, the performance became more than a concert. It became a statement.

Our role was to shape that message into a visual and spatial experience. We designed the full stage environment and managed the lighting and technical direction to serve the emotional narrative of the music. Stark silhouettes, waves of light, and bold contrasts drew the audience into a visceral world where rhythm met resistance. Shadows stood in for voices and beams became symbols of release.

We collaborated with Shkoon to ensure the message was not only seen but felt. From early sketches to live execution, every element was engineered to enhance their message and bring the crowd fully into the world of Msrahiya.

For Milan Fashion Week 2023, we collaborated with Matière Noire Paris to craft the visual content for Calzedonia's Fashion Show, an avant-garde runway concept designed to spotlight legwear as the focal point. The catwalk was structured to display only the models’ legs, transforming movement into a statement of style and expression.

A key feature of the show was the LED backwall, which served as a dynamic visual extension of the collection. We designed and animated custom visuals immersing the audience in a world where light, texture, and digital art seamlessly merged.

Commissioned by Meiosis, we joined forces with Innellea and Sanny Ehrhardt to build the live show for the Five Phases World Tour. The concept explored the stages of life from origin to closure. Our role was to translate that narrative into space, light, and movement.

The setup revolved around three monolithic LED cubes. Each became a vessel for shifting perspectives, animated entirely through point-of-view-based 3D animation. We treated the structure as a canvas for illusion, where motion graphics and lighting blended to distort perception and invite a deeper read into the narrative.

Nothing was linear. Everything evolved. From a floating embryo to collapsing forms, every phase was a transformation in texture and tone. The visuals weren't about overwhelming the music but allowing the story to unfold visually with the same depth it carried sonically.

For Saudi National Day, we collaborated with SRMG Group to create a striking visual narrative for HIA Magazine’s cover shoot. The concept bridged Saudi heritage with the futuristic vision of NEOM, brought to life through advanced 3D mapping technology.

A key challenge was projecting dynamic visuals directly onto the model’s gown while ensuring seamless integration with the backdrop. Any movement required real-time recalibration, demanding precision and adaptability throughout the shoot. With only 24 hours to set up and execute, the project pushed technical boundaries, delivering a visually immersive result that captured the essence of tradition meeting the future.

Commissioned by Donia Gomaa and conceptualized by Turki Al-Sheikh, Sunbati Tribute Night was created to honor the legacy of the late Egyptian composer Riad Al Sunbati. Held at Abu Bakr Salem Stage in Riyadh by Benchmark, the event celebrated a timeless voice in Arabic music through a contemporary lens.

LO2S led the creative direction, overseeing stage and set design, content development, lighting design, and full execution. With only five days from concept to delivery, the process demanded swift creative decisions and immediate technical translation. The scenography drew inspiration from the original Hollywood Bowl, built in 1922, reimagining its iconic arc structure with a modernized silhouette that echoed Sunbati’s enduring influence.

The concert was conducted by the esteemed maestro Hani Farhat and featured performances by some of the most prominent stars of the Arab world, including Sherine Abdel Wahab, Saber Al Rubai, Ahmed Saad, Mai Farouk, Fouad Zbadi, Reham Abdel Hakim, and Iman Abdel Ghani. This assembly of talent paid tribute to Sunbati’s legacy, offering the audience an evening of profound musical and visual experiences.

For Adriatique’s performance at North Coast, Egypt, we designed a stage that played with perception and depth. The structure was built as a half-cube, creating a striking visual anchor, while extending pillars framed the space, adding a sense of scale and movement.

Set against the sea, the experience evolved as the night progressed. The visuals shifted in sync with Adriatique’s sound, moving from intense and rhythmic to fluid and atmospheric. As the first light of sunrise touched the stage, the entire scene transformed, merging the energy of the crowd, the horizon, and the music into a moment that felt almost unreal.

A stage that wasn’t just a setup, but a space in motion. For Ben Böhmer’s live set in Beirut, we worked with 2nd Sun to shape a performance where light, visuals, and movement weren’t separate elements but part of the same rhythm. The stage was built on layered LED screens, with dancers weaving through them, their presence shifting the space in real time.

Clapclap Studio wanted the dancers to be part of the stage itself, not just in front of it. Our role was to make that happen visually, creating real-time interactive visuals that responded to the choreography, amplifying the movement instead of overpowering it. The result was something fluid, where the boundaries between performer and digital presence blurred.

It wasn’t about flashy effects or spectacle for the sake of it. It was about letting the visuals breathe with the music and the bodies moving within the space. Every step, every turn, every moment had its reflection in light and motion, nothing static, nothing forced, just an evolving dialogue between physical and digital performance.

As part of Innellea’s Five Phases tour, we joined the stop at Alsina in Buenos Aires. The venue presented a completely different layout from the rest of the tour. Instead of the usual wide-format touring setup, Alsina featured a tall vertical screen and a ceiling-mounted LED grid. This spatial shift meant the show needed to be adapted from the ground up.

Our goal was to preserve the atmosphere and continuity of the original AV experience while translating it to fit a new environment. We restructured the visual content to work with the vertical format, rethought the visual rhythm, and adapted how the narrative unfolded in space. The lighting design was also adjusted to play with height, contrast, and perspective, making the most of the ceiling installation and the vertical presence of the screen.

Our team of visual and lighting operators traveled to Buenos Aires to support Innellea live. Together, we brought the Five Phases energy into a new form that felt native to Alsina, while staying true to the spirit of the tour.

Vertex Events designed a stage concept built around two intersecting circles one as a screen and the other an angled mirror positioned beneath it. The goal was to create an illusionary portal effect amplifying the visual energy of the event and enhancing audience immersion. LO2S was brought in to direct the visual language and operate the live content ensuring the experience was seamless and dynamic.

We developed a visual approach that capitalized on the reflective nature of the setup. By strategically designing and operating real-time visuals we maximized the mirror’s potential creating depth distortion and motion that responded dynamically to the music and lighting cues. This interplay between content and physical structure transformed the stage into a kinetic illusion continuously shifting perspectives and drawing audiences into the performance.

The mirror’s angled placement wasn’t just a design feature it was an active component of the visual experience. By layering reflections with precisely synchronized motion graphics the stage became a constantly evolving canvas blurring the line between digital and physical. The effect was not just a display but a sensory phenomenon.

Sensory Activation A fusion of synchronized visuals and reflections created an immersive almost hypnotic effect engaging both sight and perception.

On September 19, 2024, we collaborated with Free Jabriya at Kuwait Arena to bring a fresh AV experience to the legendary Kuwaiti band Miami. This production reimagined their nostalgic classics with a modern visual narrative, designing a unique theme for each song, transforming the stage into a different world with every performance.

The show ran for five sold-out nights, with the audience singing along to every word, reinforcing Miami’s lasting impact on the region’s music scene. Free Jabriya, a fast-growing event producer, continues to push forward new experiences, and we’re always glad to be part of their vision.
