On February 7, 2025, we delivered the Arabian Jalasat theme at Al Dana Amphitheatre, creating a stage that reflected the essence of traditional gatherings with a distinct visual and spatial identity. Commissioned by Bahrain International Circuit Company, our scope included set design, lighting design, content development, and visual and lighting operation.

The set was designed with rich textures and traditional elements, shaping an environment that felt both intimate and immersive. The lighting and visuals worked in sync with the space, reinforcing the warmth and atmosphere of the Jalasat theme. Every detail contributed to the mood, enhancing the connection between the performances and the audience.

Our longstanding collaboration with Bahrain International Circuit Company has allowed us to refine and expand our approach with each project, shaping new experiences that build on what came before.

For the 100 Million Tourist Gala Dinner, a milestone celebration marking Saudi Arabia’s achievement of 106.2 million tourists in 2023, we collaborated with Luxury KSA to deliver lighting design and execution that elevated the grandeur of the event.

The lighting concept was designed to enhance the immersive atmosphere of the gala, balancing elegance with spectacle. Carefully orchestrated architectural and stage lighting set the tone for the evening complementing the performances, speeches, and overall ambiance.

Our work aimed to reflect the significance of this achievement with refined aesthetics to create a memorable experience worthy of this historic moment in Saudi Arabia’s tourism journey.
